The Berkeley Homes Holborough Valley project comprises 147 family homes and apartments which have now been successfully completed in Kent.
The BSW Timber Systems supply package incorporated prefabricated timber walls, floors, roofs and stairs/joinery, together with pre-finished timber cladding and balconies.
The system was tailored specifically to satisfy the client objective of achieving a contemporary 'New England’ style development incorporating many decorative timber features and distinctive street scene blending a variety of attractive timber cladding colours.
